Hospital operating system · India
Nothing closes silently. Every register, ready.
Registration, OPD, wards, pharmacy and lab on one system — where medicine, tests and discharges can’t go out unpaid without a recorded reason, and the statutory registers are kept in the same system as the patient record.
Registers kept in Trisvio
- DPDP consent ledger
- PCPNDT Form F
- Death register · MCCD Form 4
- Bio-medical waste · Form IV
- Notifiable diseases · Nikshay CSV

Where money goes missing
Four counters, four registers. Nobody sees the whole patient.
A visit is seen but never billed. A strip of tablets leaves the pharmacy unpaid. A test is run before anyone collects. A patient goes home with dues. Each one is small, and each one happens because the counters don’t talk.

Revenue integrity
Every shortfall gets a reason, and every reason gets reviewed.
The consultation is charged when the visit is created. When medicine, a test or a discharge goes ahead with money still payable, staff record why, and it lands in a queue the owner can see.
Discounts need a second person
A discount is requested at the counter and approved by someone with the right to approve it. Nobody approves their own.
Doctor payouts from the bills
Payout runs are drafted from each doctor’s collected payments and tracked from draft to paid.
Every counter, one record
The screen each person needs. Nothing they don’t.
Receptionists, nurses, pharmacists and lab staff each work in their own view of the same patient. Permissions are set per hospital, down to who can discharge, adjust stock or verify a result.
| Drug | Batch | Expiry | Qty | MRP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amoxicillin 500 mg | AMX2409B | 30/09/2026 | 120 | ₹8.40 |
| Paracetamol 650 mg | PCM2410A | 18/10/2026 | 460 | ₹2.10 |
| Ondansetron 4 mg | OND2411C | 02/11/2026 | 85 | ₹6.75 |
Pharmacy
Stock arrives by GRN with batch, expiry and MRP. Dispensing picks the earliest-expiring batch first.
Laboratory
Barcoded samples, results from connected analyzers, and a report that stays watermarked until both stages sign off.
Statutory registers
What the inspector asks for, in the format they ask for.
The registers Indian hospitals must keep live in the same system as the patient record. A Form F starts from the patient’s details, a death entry can start from the discharge, and every register prints or exports in the shape the authority expects — instead of being rebuilt the night before an inspection.
| Register | What is recorded | What you hand over |
|---|---|---|
| PCPNDT Form F | Form F before every prenatal ultrasound, with sonographer details, draft then finalised | Printed Form F · monthly authority CSV |
| Death register | Every death with medical certification of cause of death | MCCD Form 4 · CRS-ready CSV |
| DPDP consent ledger | Patient consent, with guardian consent for patients under 18 | Consent history · gap report |
| Notifiable diseases | IDSP-listed diseases, tracked from pending to reported | Register · Nikshay CSV for TB |
| Bio-medical waste | Waste generated and handed over, per BMW Rules 2016 | Form IV register |
Built for the front desk
Designed for the receptionist, not the IT department.
Words staff already use
MR number, token, bed, batch, day close. No new vocabulary to learn.
Prints what patients carry
A5 prescriptions and receipts, bills, discharge summaries and lab reports.
Nothing to install
Runs in the browser on the computers you already have. Updates and backups are ours to run.
The AI layer
Off unless you turn it on. Drafts only, always.
Every workflow works with AI switched off. When it is on, it drafts — a clinician approves before anything reaches a record, and prompts are never stored.
The hospital decides
Every workflow works fully with AI switched off.
It assists, it never decides
AI drafts OPD notes and discharge summaries. It makes no clinical decision — a clinician approves every draft.
Nothing kept
Prompts and responses are never stored.
Security and data
Patient data, handled like it matters. Each claim, with how.
No badges for laws that don’t apply to you. Here is what Trisvio actually does with your hospital’s data.
India-region hosting
Trisvio is built to run in an Indian cloud region — application, database and file storage. That is a fixed requirement of every deployment.
Isolated in the database
Each hospital's rows are fenced by Postgres row-level security, tested against a real database.
Identifiers encrypted
Government ID numbers and staff two-factor secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never kept as plain text.
Permissions by action
Roles are built from rights such as approving a discount, adjusting stock or verifying a result.
Sensitive actions logged
Changes to sensitive records go to an audit log, and so does opening key patient records.
Backup and restore, scripted
Database backup and restore are scripted, and the health check reports the latest backup's age. A test restore is required before go-live, then quarterly.

Is Trisvio cloud-hosted or on-premise?
Trisvio is a cloud-hosted, multi-tenant platform, built to run in an Indian cloud region — a fixed requirement of every deployment. It needs an internet connection for day-to-day operations.
Is our patient data private?
Yes. Postgres row-level tenant isolation, AES-256-GCM encryption of sensitive identifiers, audit logging of changes and of key record views, and configurable role-based access. AI is off by default; when enabled, prompts and responses are never stored, and patient data is only sent to an external AI provider if your hospital explicitly allows it.
Do we have to use the AI features?
No. AI is optional and off by default. The full Trisvio platform works without any external AI service.
Can we start with just OPD and add IPD later?
Yes. Modules are configurable — start where you need and expand.
Is it built for Indian hospitals?
Yes. GST-aware billing, cash + UPI, MR numbers, Indian date formats, and statutory registers such as PCPNDT Form F and MCCD Form 4.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is on request, shaped by the modules you need, number of beds, and departments or branches — talk to us for a quote.
